Argentinian red prawns are in a different league from the standard supermarket prawn. Caught in the cold, pristine waters of the South Atlantic and frozen at sea within hours of landing, they have a natural sweetness and firm bite that more than earns their reputation as the king of frozen prawns — often compared to lobster in flavour by those who know their seafood.
Raw, peeled and deveined so all the prep is done. Just defrost overnight in the fridge and they're ready for the pan, the grill or the barbecue. At a minimum 500g per pack there's enough here for a generous main course for two or a seriously impressive starter for four.

- Allergens: Crustaceans (prawns). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Cooking: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Pat dry and season well. Pan fry in butter and garlic for 2 minutes each side until pink and just cooked through — they need very little time in the heat. Also excellent on a hot griddle or barbecue, or chilled and served with a classic Marie Rose sauce.
