Versatile, quick to cook and seriously underrated — squid is one of those ingredients that rewards a little confidence in the kitchen. Cleaned and individually quick frozen so you can take out exactly what you need and leave the rest in the freezer. No prep, no mess, just pure squid ready for whatever you have in mind.
Stuff them with a herby rice or chorizo filling and bake, slice into rings and fry until golden, score and throw on a screaming hot griddle or slice thin and toss through a Asian style noodle dish. At a minimum 500g per pack there's enough here to experiment and find your favourite way.

- Weight: Minimum 500g per pack
- Preparation: Cleaned squid tubes, individually quick frozen (IQF), skin removed, ready to cook
- Allergens: Molluscs (squid). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep frozen. Take out only what you need — reseal and return remainder to freezer immediately. Once defrosted refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Cooking: Defrost in the fridge overnight or under cold running water. For tender squid cook fast and hot — 1–2 minutes on a griddle or in a pan. For stuffed baked squid cook low and slow at 160°C for 45 minutes. There is no middle ground with squid — it's one or the other.
