- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Serving: Use straight from the tub in crab cakes, dressed crab, sandwiches, chowder or pasta. For a simple crab sandwich mix with good mayonnaise, lemon juice and a little cayenne on thick brown bread. For crab cakes combine with mashed potato, spring onion, parsley and a little mustard, shape and shallow fry until golden.
