This is the one for a proper fish supper at home. Thick, generous and ready to batter — our skinless boneless cod fillet is cut specifically with the chip shop in mind. No skin to deal with, no bones to worry about, just a clean white fillet that batters, breadcrumbs or grills beautifully.
Ours comes in fresh daily from the North Atlantic and portioned by hand in our Belfast facility. At a minimum 200g this is a proper pub-sized portion — the kind of fish supper that reminds you why homemade beats the takeaway every time.

PRODUCT INFO
- Weight: Minimum 200g per portion
- Origin: North Atlantic, fresh daily
- Preparation: Skinless, boneless fillet, portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (cod). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: For a classic batter mix 150g plain flour with a pinch of salt and enough cold sparkling water to make a thick, smooth batter. Dip the fillet and deep fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp. Also excellent in breadcrumbs or simply pan fried.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish we are unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Home Delivery — Free on orders over £65 We deliver on our own refrigerated vans across Counties Antrim, Down and Armagh. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the following working day. Delivery is free on all orders over £65.
