Each portion is hand-prepared by our team in Belfast, vacuum packed and delivered fresh — never frozen.

- Weight: 180g per portion
- Origin: Certified organic Irish salmon farms
- Preparation: Skin-on fillet, pin-boned and portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (salmon). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Pan fry skin-side down for 3–4 minutes, flip and finish for 2 minutes. Also excellent baked, poached or on the grill.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish we are unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Click & Collect — Free Collect your order from one of our three Belfast collection points. Orders placed before 1pm will be ready for collection the following working day between 10am and 3pm.
