These are the real thing. Hand-dived disco scallops landed daily at Kilkeel Harbour — one of Ireland's most celebrated fishing ports, right on our doorstep. Sweet, plump and with the coral roe intact, these are scallops the way serious cooks want them.
There's a world of difference between a fresh scallop landed that morning and anything that's spent time in transit from further afield. Ours go from the harbour to our Belfast facility to your door in the same day. You'll taste it.
Twelve scallops per pack. Enough for a generous starter for four or a luxurious main for two.

- Contents: 12 fresh scallops, roe on, shelled
- Origin: Hand-dived, landed daily at Kilkeel Harbour, Co. Down
- Preparation: Shelled and cleaned, roe intact, ready to cook
- Allergens: Molluscs (scallops). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume on day of delivery or freeze immediately on receipt.
- Cooking: Pat completely dry before cooking — this is the single most important step for a good sear. Season, then place flat-side down in a smoking hot pan with a little oil. Do not move for 90 seconds until a deep golden crust forms. Flip and add a knob of butter, baste for 30 seconds and serve immediately. The roe can be cooked alongside or removed depending on preference.
