Haddock is the everyday hero of the fish counter — unpretentious, versatile and genuinely delicious when it's fresh. Slightly sweeter and more delicate than cod, it's the fish Northern Ireland grew up on and the one that still does the job better than almost anything else.
Ours comes in fresh daily from the North Atlantic, skinless and boneless so there's nothing to do but cook it. Whether it's going in a chowder, under a breadcrumb, into a pie or simply pan fried with butter and capers — fresh haddock at this price is hard to argue with.

- Weight: Minimum 180g per portion
- Origin: North Atlantic, fresh daily
- Preparation: Skinless, boneless fillet, portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (haddock). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Pan fry in butter for 3–4 minutes each side until golden. Equally at home baked, steamed or poached. Works beautifully with a simple parsley sauce, or coated in breadcrumbs and shallow fried for a classic fish supper.
