Delicate, flaky and quietly impressive — hake is one of the great underrated fish of the North Atlantic. Softer and sweeter than cod, it suits everything from a simple pan fry to a classic fish supper. Ours comes in fresh daily and is portioned by hand in our Belfast facility, so what arrives at your door was swimming very recently.

PRODUCT INFO
- Weight: Minimum 160g per portion
- Origin: North Atlantic (MSC sustainable fishery)
- Preparation: Skin-on fillet, pin-boned and portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (hake). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Pan fry skin-side down in butter for 3–4 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp. Flip and finish for 90 seconds. Also excellent in a light tomato or cream sauce.
