Few fish turn heads in a kitchen quite like sea bass. Elegant, delicate and with that distinctive silvery skin that crisps to perfection in a hot pan — it's the fish that makes a weeknight dinner feel like a restaurant meal.
Ours comes in fresh daily, hand-filleted and portioned in our Belfast facility. Clean, sweet flesh with a fine flake and enough flavour to stand alone with nothing more than butter, lemon and a little seasoning. Simple food done beautifully.

PRODUCT INFO
- Weight: Minimum 140g per portion
- Origin: Fresh daily
- Preparation: Skin-on fillet, pin-boned and portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (sea bass). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Score the skin lightly, season well and place skin-side down in a hot pan with oil and a knob of butter. Cook 3–4 minutes without moving until the skin is golden and crisp. Flip and finish for just 60 seconds — sea bass needs very little heat on the flesh side. Serve immediately.

Home Delivery — Free on orders over £65 We deliver on our own refrigerated vans across Counties Antrim, Down and Armagh. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the following working day. Delivery is free on all orders over £65.
