Description Everything you need for a proper seafood chowder, prepared and portioned so all the hard work is done. Each pack contains a generous mix of fresh haddock fillet, salmon and smoked coley — three fish that bring different things to the pot. Flaky white haddock, rich salmon and the deep, smoky backbone of coley combine into something that tastes like it took far longer to make than it did.
Made up fresh each week in our Belfast facility from the same fish we supply to restaurants across Northern Ireland. Just add potatoes, cream and a good stock and you're halfway to something special.

- Weight: 300g per portion
- Contents: Fresh haddock fillet, fresh salmon, smoked coley
- Preparation: Skinless, boneless chunks — ready to go straight into the pot
- Allergens: Fish (haddock, salmon, coley). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 2 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Gently simmer in a fish stock and cream base with diced potato, leek and onion for 15–20 minutes until the fish is just cooked through. Season well and finish with fresh parsley and crusty bread.
