Consistently sized, clean in flavour and quick to cook, they're the prawn that makes everything from a weeknight stir fry to a dinner party starter look and taste the part.
Raw and peeled so there's nothing to do but defrost and cook. At a minimum 500g per pack this is serious value for a genuinely versatile ingredient that earns its place in the freezer every week.

- Weight: Minimum 500g per pack
- Origin: Pacific white vannamei prawns, frozen at sea
- Preparation: Raw, peeled and deveined, ready to cook
- Allergens: Crustaceans (prawns). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Cooking: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Pat dry and cook in a very hot pan with butter and garlic for 90 seconds each side until pink and just curled — overcooking is the only way to ruin a prawn. Works in everything from pasta and risotto to curry, stir fry, tacos or simply piled on toast with garlic butter.
