This is the one that does the talking. Naturally smoked over wood — no dyes, no shortcuts — our smoked haddock has a depth and complexity that the bright yellow supermarket alternative simply can't replicate. Pale, fragrant and with a smoke that enhances rather than overwhelms, it's the difference between a good dish and a great one.
Ours comes in fresh daily, skinned and boned by hand in our Belfast facility. At a minimum 200g per portion it's a generous fillet that holds together beautifully whether you're poaching, baking or folding it through a classic cullen skink. Once you've cooked with naturally smoked haddock you won't go back.

- Weight: Minimum 200g per portion
- Origin: North Atlantic haddock, naturally wood smoked, no artificial dyes
- Preparation: Skinless, boneless fillet, portion-cut by hand
- Allergens: Fish (haddock). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days of delivery or freeze on day of receipt.
- Cooking: Poach gently in milk for 8–10 minutes for the classic preparation — the milk takes on the smoke beautifully and makes a ready-made sauce base. Equally excellent baked in cream, folded through risotto or as the centrepiece of a proper cullen skink with leek, potato and double cream.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish we are unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
