Our organic Scottish salmon is cured and cold smoked over oak — a slower, more considered process that produces a depth of flavour and silky texture that the mass produced alternative simply can't match. No shortcuts, no artificial anything. Just exceptional fish and proper smoke.
Whether you're serving it as a starter, building a platter, layering it on brown bread with cream cheese or eating it straight from the pack — this is the smoked salmon that changes your expectations permanently. - Origin: Organic Scottish salmon, oak cold smoked
- Preparation: Sliced and ready to serve
- Allergens: Fish (salmon). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days of opening or freeze on day of receipt.
- Serving: Best served at room temperature — remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving. Pairs beautifully with brown bread, cream cheese, capers, red onion and lemon. Excellent in scrambled eggs, pasta or as a centrepiece on a seafood platter.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish we are unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
