Landed locally at Portavogie Harbour on the Ards Peninsula and frozen at their finest, these raw tail meats are ready for the pan the moment they're defrosted. No shells, no waste, just pure langoustine. The kind of ingredient that turns a simple pasta or risotto into something people talk about.
At a minimum 200g per pack this is concentrated luxury — langoustines have a high shell-to-meat ratio so what's in the pack is the good stuff only.

- Weight: Minimum 200g raw tail meat
- Origin: Langoustines landed locally at Portavogie Harbour, Co. Down
- Preparation: Raw, peeled tail meat only, shell and head removed
- Allergens: Crustaceans (langoustine). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Cooking: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Pat dry and season well. Sauté in foaming butter for 60–90 seconds each side — they cook extremely quickly and are easily overdone. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh tarragon. Magnificent folded through fresh pasta, stirred into a bisque or simply served on toasted sourdough with garlic butter.
