- Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Serving: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Serve simply dressed with lemon, mayo and fresh herbs on brown bread — the quality speaks for itself. Also exceptional in crab cakes, crab linguine with chilli and garlic, a classic bisque or folded through a thermidor sauce.
