The difference between wholetail scampi made from locally landed Portavogie langoustines and the reformed scampi you find in the supermarket freezer is not a subtle one. This is the real thing — sweet, firm and with that unmistakable flavour that only a genuine langoustine tail can deliver.

- Origin: Wholetail langoustines landed locally at Portavogie Harbour, Co. Down
- Preparation: Whole langoustine tails, individually battered, frozen at peak freshness
- Allergens: Crustaceans (langoustine), Gluten (wheat flour). Produced in a facility handling other fish and shellfish.
- Storage: Keep frozen. Cook from frozen — do not defrost before cooking.
- Cooking: Deep fry at 180°C for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp. Oven cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes turning halfway. Serve with chips, tartare sauce and a wedge of lemon. Also excellent in a scampi sandwich with good mayo and shredded lettuce on a soft white roll.
